How does this work?

If you travel often, or book hotels for co-workers who travel often, you can join us as an independent travel agent, and we will pay you commission when you make hotel reservations online!

You will earn 50% of the commission generated for any hotel stay, with no limits on price or volume. Commission rates will be at least 10% of the room. It can add up quickly, and its very easy to do.

How do I book hotels as a travel agent?

Adding our 8-digit IATA code while you are reserving a room is all you do. Click here to see an example. Our agency receives the commission after the traveler checks out, and we then pay the agent who made the reservation.

How do I become a travel agent?

By partnering with us! There is no exam or official certification to become a travel agent (except in the state of Rhode Island). The Travel Agency is responsibile for all regulations and licensing involved in selling travel.

Our Travel Agents are only responsible for the reservations they make.

Does this cost me anything?

We charge a one-time $195 Membership Fee.

Will I get travel agent discounts?

Our code will unlock lower rates, depending on the hotel chain, area demand and hotel manager’s mood. New Year's Eve in Times Square is a longshot, but mid-week in Nashville is a possibility. It’s hit or miss, but it’s very satisfying when it happens.

Is there a minimum amount of travel I need to book?

Nope, and there's no maximum either. You are free to earn as much as you'd like.

How do I get paid?

Agents are paid on the 5th of every month for commissions received in the previous month. You'll receive an email summary of all earned commissions. We make electronic payments using PayPal rather than paper checks; it's faster and safer.

So can book for myself AND my coworkers?

Yes. Administrative assistants are some of our top earners, and they can enjoy the same benefits for themselves!

Can I book rental cars or airfare?

Too complicated. We keep it simple and focus on hotels.

Will hotel rates ever cost more?

Rates will always be the same or less.

Why doesn't everyone do this?

We are working to solve that.
